Can I personalise my jewellery?
Yes! Personalisation is at the heart of what we do. You can add names, dates, initials, to many of our pieces. Simply choose your options on the product page. If you are unsure of any of the customisations, please reach out to our customer support team who will gladly assist you with your order.
What materials do you use?
Our jewellery is crafted from premium metals like sterling silver, gold vermeil, and stainless steel.

How do I capture my handprint / footprint
We can use any prints you already have - ink, paint, or from a past keepsake. Need one? Add our mess-free inkless kit to your order. Once ready, just scan or photograph your print and upload or email it to us for the best engraving results.
What type of drawing should I submit?
To create the most beautiful engraving, we recommend using simple, clear line drawings with minimal shading or colouring. These work best for capturing all the little details in your child’s artwork.
Is my handwriting clear enough?
To achieve the most accurate and beautiful engraving, we recommend using handwriting that’s bold, simple, and written with a dark pen on plain white paper. Simple, clean lines work best to honour every unique curve and detail of the original message.
Do you offer custom designs or bespoke orders?
While we don’t offer fully bespoke services at this time, we’re always happy to explore ways to tailor our existing designs to your story. We’re continuously working on new pieces - so if you have a vision, please reach out. We’d love to hear your thoughts!
Can I send this directly as a gift?
Yes, absolutely! Every gift arrives in a beautiful, ready-to-gift box, complete with a polishing cloth and jewellery pouch to keep their treasure safe. Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.
How will my gift be packaged?
Each Custom Treasure gift is thoughtfully packaged to feel truly special. Your piece comes in a sleek black drawer box, lined with soft suede for a luxurious touch. Inside, you’ll also find a jewellery pouch to keep your treasure safe, along with a polishing cloth to help it sparkle for years to come. It’s gift-ready and made to be cherished.
Is the packaging discreet? I don’t want to spoil the surprise!
Absolutely! We want to make sure your gift stays a surprise until the moment it’s opened. All of our items are shipped in plain brown packaging with no branding on the outside - just a “Do Not Bend” or “Fragile” label. We also don’t include invoices or price tags inside the box, so it’s safe to send directly to the recipient.

How do I use my promo code?
During checkout, you’ll see a box to enter your promo code after adding items to your cart. Please make sure to apply it before completing your payment, as we’re unable to add discount codes to orders once they’ve been placed.
Can I amend my order?
Need to make a change to your order? We're happy to help! Just contact our customer service team with your order number and the details you'd like to update. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, don’t worry - we’ll do our best to assist and make sure your Custom Treasure is just right.
I want to include a gift note. Can you add one?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may still be able to add a note. Contact us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to include it.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Did my order go through?
Sometimes confirmation emails land in spam folders. If you haven’t received anything within an hour, reach out and we’ll resend it to you.
Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate orders?

Delivery & Returns
I selected the wrong shipping method. Can I update it?
If your order is still processing, we’ll do our best to update your shipping method. Please get in touch with us as soon as you can.
How do I cancel my order?
If you’ve placed an order and it’s not been shipped, then you can cancel your order by simply contacting us and letting us know.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All Custom Treasure pieces are made to order. Production typically takes 1 working day, followed by standard delivery times depending on your location:
UK: 2–3 working days
International: 5–10 working days
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offer express delivery options at checkout. If you need your gift in a hurry, we recommend choosing this option.
What is your refund policy?
You have 30 days no matter the issue to contact us and return your item for a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We deliver worldwide. Our current shipping times are:
European Union: 3-7 business days
Rest of the world: 5-10 business days
I ordered multiple items, but only one has arrived.
Some items may ship separately. If something’s missing, please get in touch and we’ll track it down for you.
Order Support
My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
We never want your keepsake to arrive anything less than perfect. If it does, please send us a photo along with your order details—we’ll make it right and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
My engraving is incorrect or unclear
We truly care about every detail. If your engraving doesn’t look quite right, please let us know. Send a photo along with your order number, and we’ll review it carefully to make sure you’re completely happy with the result.
I received a faulty item
We’re so sorry to hear that you may have received a faulty item! Please send a photo and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.
